This quote is valid for fifteen calendar days from the date issued. After that period pricing is subject to change without notice.

By accepting service from Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC whether verbally or through scheduling and allowing access to the property the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms conditions pricing warranties limitations and disclaimers contained herein. The customer understands that plumbing work often reveals hidden or unforeseen issues once work begins and agrees that any additional work will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.

Stoppage Related Drain Issues
Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC provides a limited thirty day warranty on drain clearing services unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty applies only to the exact fixture and line serviced. It does not apply to recurring stoppages caused by roots structural defects improper use deterioration foreign objects or any condition outside the control of Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC.

Labor Warranty
Labor performed by Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC is warranted for three hundred sixty five calendar days from completion. This warranty covers workmanship only and excludes failures caused by customer alterations third party work abuse lack of maintenance or unrelated system issues.

Parts and Fixtures Warranty
All parts fixtures and materials supplied and installed by Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC carry a maximum warranty of one year from installation regardless of any longer manufacturer warranty. Customer supplied materials are not warranted and any failure involving those items will be billed separately including labor and materials required to correct the issue.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover pre existing conditions hidden defects slow leaks deterioration slab movement ground movement foundation issues clogged vents improper original installation or any condition not directly related to the work performed.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing flooding negligence misuse abuse or any act of nature.
Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC does not warranty entire plumbing systems unless explicitly stated in writing. Warranty coverage is limited exclusively to the specific work performed.

Liability and Damage Waiver
Plumbing frequently requires opening walls ceilings floors cabinetry tile concrete or other building materials. Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC will take reasonable care to minimize disruption but is not responsible for incidental cosmetic or structural damage unless caused by gross negligence.
By accepting service the customer releases Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC from liability for any incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to water damage hidden moisture slab leaks mold mildew bio organic growth damaged finishes electrical damage appliance issues or any condition discovered before during or after service unless directly caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC.

Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for providing clear access to all work areas including but not limited to attics crawlspaces utility closets and yard easements. Customer is responsible for ensuring pets children and visitors remain clear of work areas for safety reasons. Customer acknowledges that older homes or homes with aged plumbing systems may require additional repairs not visible or known before work begins.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work. If payment is not received within seventy two hours a late fee of one hundred dollars or five percent of the total invoice whichever is greater will be assessed. All installed materials and parts remain the property of Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC until paid in full. Payments not received within thirty days may be sent to collections and may result in the filing of a lien.

Legal Notice
Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC is not responsible for damages related to pre existing plumbing failures hidden leaks structural defects microbial growth or water intrusion that existed prior to service or that arise after service unless directly caused by gross negligence.
Customer agrees that Family Friends Plumbing Service LLC shall not be liable for any health related issues mold exposure allergic reactions or environmental concerns associated with plumbing conditions discovered or exposed during service.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute not resolved between the parties will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in Tarrant County Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes through a neutral arbitrator.
